Monday to Friday
Orders placed before 9:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Your order will be shipped as a parcel via PostNL. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your shipment and know exactly when the delivery will take place.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Ordered the wrong product? No problem. Just let us know as soon as possible. You may return your unused product within 14 days, provided it is in its original packaging.

Products can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.
Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
DOA Warranty
A factory warranty covers selected products. DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty applies if your product is clearly defective upon delivery. In that case, please contact our customer service directly:
