Ordering
How do I place an order?
Select your favorite fragrance, choose the desired size and add it to your cart. Then follow the checkout process.
Can I change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping from €40 within the Netherlands. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated during checkout.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes. After shipment you will receive a track and trace code by email.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it.
Return conditions:
After inspection, we refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Payment
At La Fustera you can pay safely and securely via iDEAL. Your payment is processed in your own bank’s secure online environment.
How to use laundry perfume
Add a maximum of 5 ml to the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine. The fragrance spreads during the final rinse cycle and leaves your laundry with a long-lasting, refined scent.
